Chicken Chow Mein
Ingredients:
2 cups cooked rice 1-1/2 cups cooked chicken cubed 1 cup celery sliced 1-7/8 cups fat-free chicken broth 2 tablespoons cornstarch 2 tablespoons lite soy sauce 14 ounces chow mein vegetables drained 2-1/2 ounces sliced mushrooms drained
Preparation:
In large saucepan, combine chicken and all remaining ingredients except rice; mix well. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat; simmer 15 minutes, stirring frequently. Serve over rice. Crisp chow mein noodles may be substituted for rice. from Recipes on-line
