    Ingredients:

    12 oz chicken breast
    1/2 tbsp wine
    3/4 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp sugar
    1/4 tsp ground white pepper
    1 egg
    1 tbsp corn starch
    3 tbsp corn starch
    3 tbsp white sesame seeds
    6 cups oil for deep frying

    Preparation:

    1. Cut chicken into thin slices.
    2. Marinade with wine, salt, sugar and pepper for 20 minutes.
    3. Add one tablespoon corn starch just before deep frying.
    4. Beat the egg slightly to mix.
    5. Mix the 3 tablespoons of cornstarch with the white seasme.
    6. Dip the chicken pieces in the egg then sesame and cornstarch mixture.
    7. Heat oil for deep frying.
    8. Deep fry chicken pieces over medium heat for two minutes.
    9. Lift the chicke pieces and drain on paper towl.
    10. Decorate withd sliced cucumber
