    Ingredients:

    150g Rice Noodles
    100g Shrimp
    100g Boneless Chicken Meat
    100g Carrot
    100g Cabbage
    100g Bean Sprouts
    50g Green Onion
    20g Ginger
    1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
    5g Salt

    Preparation:

    1. Soak dry rice noodles in boiling water. When the noodles get soft drain away the water.
    2. Slice chicken, carrot, cabbage and green onion
    3. Chop ginger into small pieces
    4. Heat oil in a frying pan. When the oil is hot put chicken in and fry it for about 1 minute.
    5. Add shrimp, ginger, green onion and fry for one more minute.
    6. Add sliced carrot, cabbage, bean sprouts and soaked rice noodles.
    7. Stir and fry for 2 minutes, then serve.
