Fried Rice
Noodles
Ingredients:
150g Rice Noodles
100g Shrimp
100g Boneless Chicken Meat
100g Carrot
100g Cabbage
100g Bean Sprouts
50g Green Onion
20g Ginger
1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
5g Salt
Preparation:
- Soak dry rice noodles in boiling water. When the noodles
get soft drain away the water.
- Slice chicken, carrot, cabbage and green onion
- Chop ginger into small pieces
- Heat oil in a frying pan. When the oil is hot put
chicken in and fry it for about 1 minute.
- Add shrimp, ginger, green onion and fry for one more
minute.
- Add sliced carrot, cabbage, bean sprouts and soaked
rice noodles.
- Stir and fry for 2 minutes, then serve.
