    Ingredients:

    2 pigeons
    10 quail eggs
    1 egg white, ham, carrot, black fungi, potatoes, salt, gourmet powder, rice wine, delicious soup

    Preparation:

    1. Shred the potatoes, mix them up with water chestnut powder, then fry them, make the fried potato shreds into a nest.
    2. Boil the quail eggs to be done, shell them.
    3. Slice the carrot, make them the wings and tails of birds, put on the quail eggs to form the birds.
    4. Kill the pigeons, clean them, remove bones, slice meat, put in salt, gourmet powder, rice wine, egg white, water chestnut powder, mix them up.
    5. Saute the pigeon meat slices in warm oil together with black fungi, take them out of the frying pot and braise the delicious soup and water chestnut powder mixture to make paste, then put the pigeon meat slices back in the pot, finally place them in the nest.
