Ingredients:
1 mandarin fish (1500g) tomato sauce, vinegar, sugar, salt,
rice wine, water chestnut powder
Preparation:
- Kill and clean the mandarin fish, take the middle part
and remove the bones, knife its top open and keep the
bottom linked, coat it with the paste made from salt,
wine, water chestnut powder.
- Fry it to be done and place it in a dish. Then fry the
head and tail to be done and also place them in the dish.
- Mix up tomato sauce, vinegar, sugar, braise the mixture
into paste and pour it on the fish.
